— H-1 FREEWAY —

EWA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Shoulder closure in the westbound direction between the Ewa Off-Ramp (Exit 5A) and the Kualakai Parkway Underpass for utility installations.

HONOLULU 
9 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Lane closures in the westbound direction between Ainakoa Avenue and Lunalilo Street On-Ramp for striping installations.

KAPOLEI
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: Shoulder closure in the eastbound direction between the Makakilo Drive Overpasss and the Kualakai Parkway Overpass for landscaping work.

PEARL CITY
9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday: Left lane closure of the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) on the freeway in the westbound direction for deck widening work.

PEARL CITY TO WAIPAHU
9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Two right lanes closed in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the H-1/H-2 Split for deck widening.

PEARL HARBOR
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure of the Arizona Memorial/Stadium Off-Ramp (Exit 15A) of the freeway to Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction for the rail project.

8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday: Right lane closure on the Hickam AFB/Naval Base Off-Ramp (Exit 15) of the freeway in the eastbound direction for electrical work.

SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT 
Now through 12:01 a.m. Monday, and 8 p.m.-5 a.m. Monday through Friday morning: Full closure of the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Off-Ramp (Exit 15B) on the freeway in the westbound direction for deck sealing.

6 p.m.-5 a.m. Tuesday through Friday morning; Partial closures of the airport ramps in both directions for deck sealing.

Now through 12:01 a.m. Monday morning: Three right lanes closed in the westbound direction between the Keehi Interchange and the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Off-Ramp (Exit 15B) for deck sealing.

WAIAWA INTERCHANGE
Monday through Friday morning for the rail project:

Waipahu off-ramp

  • Westbound Waipahu off-ramp closed closed 9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning.

Farrington Highway near Leeward Community College entrance

  • Westbound lanes of the highway near Waiawa Road will be crossed over to the eastbound side 8 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning.

WAIPAHU
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Saturday morning: Closure of the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) from the freeway in the westbound direction for the rail project.

— H-3 FREEWAY —

KANEOHE
8 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday: Right lane closure in the Honolulu-bound direction at the Kamehameha Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 11) for tree trimming.

8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between the Mokapu Saddle Road Underpass and the Kamehameha Highway Off-Ramp for median maintenance.

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

EAST KAPOLEI/EWA
7:30 p.m.-5 a.m. Monday through Friday: Closed between Kualakai Parkway (North-South Road) and Old Fort Weaver Road Loop for overhead guideway work for the rail project.     

NANAKULI TO MAKAHA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Piliokahi Avenue and Kili Drive for tree trimming.

PEARL CITY
8 p.m.-5 a.m. Sunday through Saturday morning: Two lanes closed in the westbound direction between Waiawa Road and the Kamehameha Highway Overpass for the rail project.

WAIPAHU
Closure of the eastbound on-ramp to the H-1 Freeway for the rail project.

  • Shoulder closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Full closure 9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Saturday morning.

WAIPAHU 
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Lane closure of the eastbound on-ramp to the H-1 Freeway for the rail project.

Monday through Friday lane closures for the rail project:

Leokane Street Intersection

  • No left turns to Leokane Street, no crossing through the intersection, and inside lanes closed, starting 6 a.m. Monday
  • After Thursday, intersection will be closed and westbound crossovers will be in place 7 p.m.-6 a.m. Monday through Friday.
  • There will be a temporary left turn from the highway westbound to Leoku Street during the Leokane Street intersection work.

Old Fort Weaver Road to Leoku Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Leoku Street to Leokane Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Pupukahi Street to Pupupuhi Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays.
  • Left turn from highway westbound at Pupukahi closed 24/7.

Aniani Street to Waipahu Depot Street

  • Beginning Friday, left turn from highway eastbound at Aniani Place closed 24/7.

Waipahu Depot Road to Mokuola Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Paiwa Street to Kahualii Street

  • Left turn from highway eastbound at Kahualii closed 24/7.
  • Inside lanes of the highway eastbound closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Kahualii Street to Kamehameha Highway

  • Outside lane and shoulder lane of the highway eastbound closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Closed eastbound lanes at Kahualii will be crossed over to the westbound side of Farrington Highway between 7 p.m.-6 a.m.

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

AINA HAINA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the eastbound direction between Kalaniiki Street and Kaai Street for tree trimming.

HAWAII KAI
9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Left lane closed in the eastbound direction between West Hind Drive and Lunalilo Home Road for pavement striping installations and intersection work as part of the Kalanianaole Highway Resurfacing project.

WAIMANALO
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Humuniki Street and Nakini Street for utility installations.

6 p.m.-6 a.m. Wednesday through Friday morning: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Humuniki Street and Nakini Street for utility installations.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

AIEA/ALOHA STADIUM
Monday through Friday lane closures for the rail project:

Lipoa Place to Pali Momi Street

  • Two westbound lanes closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m. with various left turn restricitons.
  • Two eastbound lanes closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m.
  • One westbound lane and one eastbound lane closed 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Pedestrians will be detoured to Kaonohi Street.

Pali Momi Street to Honomanu Street

  • One inside lane of the highway eastbound and one inside lane westbound will be closed 24/7 with various left turn restrictions.
  • One westbound lane and one eastbound lane closed 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Two westbound lanes closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m.
  • Two eastbound lanes closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m. Various left turn pocket restrictions will be in place.

Near Aloha Stadium-Honomanu Street to Salt Lake Boulevard

  • Highway on-ramp to Moanalua Freeway closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m. Sunday through Thursday night.
  • Up to three westbound lanes closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m. Various left turn restrictions in place.
  • Two eastbound lanes closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m.
  • Up to three westbound lanes of Salt Lake Blvd. will be closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m.
  • Eastbound lanes of the highway will be crossed over to the westbound lanes between 8 p.m.-5:30 a.m.

HALEIWA TO HAUULA
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Hoalua Street and Pipilani Place for utility maintenance and tree trimming.

KANEOHE
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Haupoa Street and Johnson Road for utility installations.

KANEOHE TO KAHUKU
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the northbound direction between Kahekili Highway and Pualalea Street for utility repairs.

MILILANI 
8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: All lanes closed in both directions between Waipio Uka Street and Lanikuhana Avenue for road striping and drainage and guardrail work. General traffic will be re-routed for access to Kamehameha Highway via Waipio Uka Street, Ka Uka Boulevard, the H-2 Freeway, Lanikuhana Avenue, Meheula Parkway, and Kuahelani Avenue. Local traffic access for Kipapa Gulch residents has been coordinated to be escorted through the project site as needed. Advisory message boards have been placed near Ka Uka Boulevard and Lanikuhana Avenue with the work schedule.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closures in both directions between Ka Uka Boulevard and Waihau Street for guardrail and pavement striping installations. One lane in both directions will be open for motorists at all times. Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and use alternate roadways such as Kuahelani Avenue, Meheula Parkway, Lanikuhana Avenue, Ka Uka Boulevard and the H-2 Freeway.

PEARL CITY
9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the eastbound direction between Puu Poni Street and Kuleana Road for equipment removal.

PEARL CITY TO AIEA 
Honolulu Rail Transit will be working on Kamehameha Highway this week at various locations.

  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Waiawa Road and Acacia Road.
  • Westbound lane near Acacia Road closed between 8 p.m.-7 a.m.
  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Acacia Road and Waimano Home Road.
  • 24/7 lane closures between Waimano Home Road and Puu Momi Street.
  • 24/7 lane closures between Puu Momi Street and Puu Poni Street.
  • 24/7 inside eastbound lane closure between Puu Poni Street and Kuleana Street. One westbound lane closed between 8 p.m.-7 a.m. with various left turn restrictions. One eastbound lane closed between 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m. Left turn at Kuleana Road is closed (motorists will be detoured to Kaahumanu Street). One westbound lane closed 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • 24/7 inside lanes in both directions from Kuleana Road to Kaonohi Street with various left turn restrictions.

PEARL HARBOR/AIRPORT
Monday through Friday lane closures for the rail project.

Kamehameha Highway from Center Drive to Radford Drive

  • Two westbound lanes closed between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Left turn only lane into Makalapa Gate will be rerouted into the contraflow lane along the median between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Radford Drive to Halawa Drive

  • Left and right westbound lanes just beyond Radford intersection closed between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Closer to Halawa Drive intersection, single lane may be closed between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Arizona Street to Makalapa Road/Gate

  • Up to two eastbound lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Makalapa Road to Center Drive

  • Two eastbound lanes closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Eastbound bus stop at Kamehameha Highway and Makalapa Road temporarily relocated to mid-block between 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Makai Frontage Road (off-ramp) from Kamehameha Highway/Plantation Drive to Valkenburgh Street

  • One eastbound lane of the highway off-ramp closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Aolele Street from Aolewa Place to Lagoon Drive

  • Lane closed between 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Partial lane closure westbound H-1 on-ramp between 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Keehi Lagoon Park

  • Section of road and/or within the park closed and traffic detoured to the adjacent parking lot(s) 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

HONOLULU 
8:30 p.m.-3:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Libby Street and River Street for sewer repairs.

8 p.m.-3 a.m. Monday through Friday: Left lane closure in the westbound direction between Sumner Street and Alakawa Street for sewer work.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure in the eastbound direction between Alakawa Street and Pacific Street for sidewalk repairs.

9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Tuesday: Right lane closure in the westbound direction between Sumner Street and Alakawa Street  for utility monitoring.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Queen Street and Atkinson Drive for concrete pumping and deliveries.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closed in the eastbound direction between Kahanamoku Street and Kalakaua Avenue for sewage maintenance.

8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday through Friday: Right lane closure in the westbound direction between Keawe Street and Punchbowl Street for manhole work.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and 8 p.m.-3 a.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Punchbowl Street and Cooke Street for sewer work.

8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday through Friday: Lane closure in the westbound direction between Keawe Street and Channel Street for manhole survey work.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Roving single lane closures in both directions between Palama Street and the eastbound H-1 Freeway On-Ramp for road repairs and landscape maintenance.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between North King Street and Vineyard Boulevard for sidewalk reconstruction.

— MIDDLE STREET —
1) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Alternating lane closure on Middle Street in both directions between North King Street and Kamehameha Highway on Friday night, Sept. 25, through Saturday morning, Sept. 26, and Monday night, Sept. 28, through Saturday morning, Oct. 3, from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for the Middle Street Pavement Reconstruction project.

There will also be a 24/7 southbound median lane closure and sidewalk closure on the west side of Middle Street. Signage will be posted instructing pedestrians to use the east sidewalk.

— FORT WEAVER ROAD —

EWA
8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday: Left lane closure in the northtbound direction between Kolowaka Drive and Old Fort Weaver Road for tree trimming.

—JARRETT WHITE ROAD —

MOANALUA 
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-11 p.m. Thursday: Lane closure in the northbound direction between Mahiole Street and Krukowski Road for manhole work.
