— H-1 FREEWAY —

AIEA TO PEARL CITY
9 p.m.-3 a.m. Tuesday: Four lanes closed in the eastbound direction between the Kaamilo Street Overpass and Aiea Heights Drive Overpass for precast panel work.

EWA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Shoulder closure in the westbound direction between the Ewa Off-Ramp (Exit 5A) and the Kualakai Parkway Underpass for utility installations.

HONOLULU 
9 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Lane closures in both directions between the Punahou Street Off-Ramp (Exit 23) and Ainakoa Avenue for striping installations.

9 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday through Friday: Right lane closure on the Pali Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 21A) of the freeway in the eastbound direction for tree trimming.

PEARL CITY TO WAIPAHU
9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Two right lanes closed in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the H-1/H-2 Split for deck widening.

PEARL HARBOR
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure of the Arizona Memorial/Stadium Off-Ramp (Exit 15A) of the freeway to Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction for the rail project.

SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT 
6 p.m.-5 a.m. Tuesday through Friday morning: Partial closures of the airport ramps on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction for deck sealing. All ramps will remain open.

Now through Monday morning: Two right lanes closed in the westbound direction between the Keehi Interchange and the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Off-Ramp (Exit 15B) for deck sealing. All ramps will remain open.

WAIAWA INTERCHANGE
Monday through Friday morning for the rail project:

H-1/H-2 Freeways near Leeward Community College

  • Up to three eastbound lanes of the freeway approaching the H-1/H-2 merge (Waiawa Interchange) closed 8 p.m.-4 a.m..
  • Number of lanes closed each night may vary depending on location of work along freeway.

Farrington Highway to H-1 Freeway

  • Eastbound Waipahu on-ramp closed 9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning.

Waipahu off-ramp

  • Westbound Waipahu off-ramp closed closed 9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning.

Farrington Highway near Leeward Community College entrance

  • Westbound lanes of the highway near Waiawa Road will be crossed over to the eastbound side 8 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning. Also 8 p.m.-8 a.m. Sept. 25-26, and to 8 p.m.-10 a.m. Sept. 26-27.

WAIPAHU
8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right shoulder closed of the Waipio Point Access Road On-Ramp to the freeway in the eastbound direction for the rail project.

9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Closure of the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) from the freeway in the westbound direction for the rail project.

— H-3 FREEWAY —

KANEOHE
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between the Mokapu Saddle Road Underpass and the Kamehameha Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 11) for median maintenance.

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —
       
EAST KAPOLEI/EWA
7:30 p.m.-5 a.m. weekdays: Closed between Kualakai Parkway (North-South Road) and Old Fort Weaver Road Loop for the rail project. Also to 5 a.m. Monday for overhead guideway work.

PEARL CITY 
8 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Two lanes closed in the westbound direction between Waiawa Road and the Kamehameha Highway Overpass for the rail project.

WAIPAHU 
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Lane closure of the eastbound on-ramp to the H-1 Freeway for the rail project.

Old Fort Weaver Road to Leoku Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Leoku Street to Leokane Street

  • Leoku Street intersection closed 7 p.m.-6 a.m. weeknights. Traffic detoured to Leokane Street.
  • Left turn from the highway westbound at Leoku Street closed 24/7.
  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., plus Saturday as needed. Also closed 7 p.m.-6 a.m. weeknights.
  • Westbound lanes of the highway closed 7 p.m.-6 a.m. Traffic will be crossed over to eastbound lanes.

Leokane Street to Pupukahi Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Pupukahi Street to Pupupuhi Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays and 7 p.m.-6 a.m. weeknights.
  • Left turn from highway westbound at Pupukahi closed 24/7.
  • Left turn at highway eastbound at Pupukahi closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

  • Left turn from highway eastbound at Kahualii closed 24/7.
  • Inside lanes of the highway eastbound closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Kahualii Street to Kamehameha Highway

  • Outside lane and shoulder lane of the highway eastbound closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Closed eastbound lanes at Kahualii will be crossed over to the westbound side of Farrington Highway between 7 p.m.-6 a.m.

HAWAII KAI
9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closed in the eastbound direction between West Hind Drive and Lunalilo Home Road for pavement striping installations and intersection work as part of the Kalanianaole Highway Resurfacing project.

WAIALAE
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Left lane closure in the eastbound direction between Kalaniiki Street and Kaai Street for utility maintenance and tree trimming.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

Monday through Friday lane closures for the rail project:

Lipoa Place to Pali Momi Street

  • One westbound lane closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m. with various left turn restricitons.
  • One eastbound lane closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m.
  • One westbound lane and one eastbound lane closed 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Pedestrians will be detoured to Kaonohi Street.

Pali Momi Street to Honomanu Street

  • One westbound lane and one eastbound lane closed 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Two westbound lanes closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m.
  • Two eastbound lanes closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m. Various left turn pocket restrictions will be in place.

Near Aloha Stadium-Honomanu Street to Salt Lake Boulevard

  • Highway on-ramp to Moanalua Freeway closed 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday night.
  • Up to three westbound lanes closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m. Various left turn restrictions in place.
  • One westbound lane closed 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Two eastbound lanes closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m.
  • Up to three westbound lanes of Salt Lake Blvd. will be closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m.

HALEIWA TO HAUULA
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Hoalua Street and Pipilani Place for utility maintenance and tree trimming.

HAUULA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Imua Place and Haleaha Road for utility repairs.

KAAAWA
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the southbound direction between Lihimauna Road and Kualoa Ranch for utility replacements.

KAHUKU
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Wednesday: Lane closure in the Kaneohe-bound direction between Kuilima Drive and Marconi Road for pole replacements.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Thursday: Lane closure in the Kaneohe-bound direction between Marconi Road and Pualalea Street for pole replacements.

KANEOHE
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Haupoa Street and Johnson Road for utility installations.

LAIE
8:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday: Lane closure in the southbound direction between Wahinepee Place and Naniloa Loop for pole replacements.

MILILANI 
8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: All lanes closed in both directions between Waipio Uka Street and Lanikuhana Avenue for road striping and drainage and guardrail work. General traffic will be re-routed for access to Kamehameha Highway via Waipio Uka Street, Ka Uka Boulevard, the H-2 Freeway, Lanikuhana Avenue, Meheula Parkway, and Kuahelani Avenue. Local traffic access for Kipapa Gulch residents has been coordinated to be escorted through the project site as needed. Advisory message boards have been placed near Ka Uka Boulevard and Lanikuhana Avenue with the work schedule.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closures in both directions between Ka Uka Boulevard and Waihau Street for guardrail and pavement striping installations. One lane in both directions will be open for motorists at all times. Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and use alternate roadways such as Kuahelani Avenue, Meheula Parkway, Lanikuhana Avenue, Ka Uka Boulevard and the H-2 Freeway.

PEARL CITY TO AIEA 
Honolulu Rail Transit will be working on Kamehameha Highway this week at various locations.

  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Waiawa Road and Acacia Road.
  • Westbound lane near Acacia Road closed between 8 p.m.-7 a.m.
  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Acacia Road and Waimano Home Road.
  • 24/7 lane closures between Waimano Home Road and Puu Momi Street.
  • 24/7 lane closures between Puu Momi Street and Puu Poni Street.
  • 24/7 inside eastbound lane closure between Puu Poni Street and Kuleana Street. One westbound lane closed between 8 p.m.-7 a.m. with various left turn restrictions. One eastbound lane closed between 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m. Left turn at Kuleana Road is closed (motorists will be detoured to Kaahumanu Street). One westbound lane closed 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • 24/7 inside lanes in both directions from Kuleana Road to Kaonohi Street with various left turn restrictions.

PEARL HARBOR/AIRPORT
Monday through Friday lane closures for the rail project.

H-1 Freeway (Exit 15A) westbound to Kamehameha Highway/Center Drive intersection

  • Single lane of exit closed 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Center Drive to Radford Drive

  • Two westbound lanes closed between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Left turn only lane into Makalapa Gate will be rerouted into the contraflow lane along the median between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Radford Drive to Halawa Drive

  • Left and right westbound lanes just beyond Radford intersection closed 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Closer to Halawa Drive intersection, single lane may be closed between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Arizona Street to Makalapa Road/Gate

  • Up to two eastbound lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Makalapa Road to Center Drive

  • Two eastbound lanes closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Eastbound bus stop at Kamehameha Highway and Makalapa Road temporarily relocated to mid-block between 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Makai Frontage Road (off-ramp) from Kamehameha Highway/Plantation Drive to Valkenburgh Street

  • One eastbound lane of the highway off-ramp closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Aolele Street from Aolewa Place to Lagoon Drive

  • Lane closed between 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Partial lane closure westbound H-1 on-ramp between 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Keehi Lagoon Park

  • Section of road and/or within the park closed and traffic detoured to the adjacent parking lot(s) 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

8:30 p.m.-3:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Libby Street and River Street for sewer repairs.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure in the eastbound direction between Alakawa Street and Pacific Street for sidewalk repairs.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure at the Arizona Memorial/Stadium Off-Ramp to Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction for the rail project.

Left lane closure on the Pali Highway in the Kailua-bound direction between Milo Lane and S. Kuakini Street on Monday, Sept. 21, through Friday, Sept. 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for utility repairs.

— ALA MOANA BOULEVARD —

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Queen Street and Atkinson Drive for concrete pumping and deliveries.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closed in the eastbound direction between Kahanamoku Street and Kalakaua Avenue for sewage maintenance.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Thursday: Right lane closure in the westbound direction between Ward Avenue and Pacific Street for utility pole removal.

— MIDDLE STREET —

KALIHI 
7 p.m.-4 a.m. Monday through Saturday: Alternating lane closures in both directions between North King Street and Kamehameha Highway for the Middle Street Pavement Reconstruction project. There will also be a 24/7 southbound median lane closure and sidewalk closure on the west side of Middle Street. Signage will be posted instructing pedestrians to use the east sidewalk.

— KUNIA ROAD —

KUNIA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Hauula Street and Plantation Road for storm drain cleaning.

— MOKAPU BOULEVARD —

KAILUA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the Kaneohe-bound direction between Ilipilo Street and Ilikala Place for road repairs.
