A 38-year-old man was arrested after allegedly causing a disturbance outside Costco Iwilei Tuesday evening.
It happened just after 7 p.m.
Honolulu police say officers were called to the store after a disorderly man was reported. At least a dozen officers were spotted.
Police say a stun gun was used after the man resisted arrest.
He was taken to Queen’s Medical Center for evaluation. Police say he was not injured.
The man was arrested for criminal property damage. Police say he kicked out the back window of the patrol car on the way to the hospital.
Police say five officers also went to the hospital to get checked out.
