Bike path cleanup set for April 5

Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and other military volunteers can participate in the Pearl Harbor Bike Path cleanup led by the City and County of Honolulu from 8 to 11 a.m. on April 5.

 

Volunteers, including family members ages 12 and above, can help in the area along the bike path between McGrew Point (also known as Aiea Bay State Recreational Area and Neil S. Blaisdell Park including Pu’uloa Stream near Blaisdell Park.

Volunteers should meet at Blaisdell State Recreational Area by 8 a.m.

Work will include trash removal, weeding and beautification. Volunteers should dress to get dirty, wear covered shoes and bring sunscreen.
